Taking the first step toward therapy is an important and courageous decision. After 30 years in the field, I am still inspired by the bravery of my clients. I view the therapeutic relationship as a partnership—built on attunement, respect, and collaboration. I consider myself a guide rather than an authority. Therapy is a dynamic process where both you and I are involved in its creation. I invite change, rather than impose or force it. This allows you the space to reclaim your voice in the healing process.
