I work with kids (6+), teens, families, and couples navigating anxiety, ADHD, low mood, identity, and relationship struggles. My approach is warm and flexible, with the structure kids and teens need. Using play-based, attachment-focused therapy and tools from CBT, ABFT, and Triple P, we’ll build understanding, resilience, and deeper connection in your relationships.
