I'm here for the hard stuff. Life can change in an instant. Loss, grief, trauma, illness, burnout, spiritual questioning, relationship changes, and major life transitions can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who we are becoming. Therapy offers a space to slow down, make meaning of difficult experiences, and reconnect with ourselves. As a Spiritual Health Practitioner for more than 15 years, I have accompanied people through some of life's most profound thresholds, from birth to death and everything in between. Healing is about creating space for what has been carried, avoided, silenced, or forgotten.
