I offer my services from a client-centered, anti-oppression, and culturally-competent framework. Many years of practice in evidence-based and alternative clinical/healing practices to competently address issues resulting in anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, dissociation, stress and illness, and relationship challenges. I specialize in psychodynamic practice to allow for deeper healing of past emotional and trauma-related wounds. Emotionally-focused couples therapy is also my specialty. I enjoy working with people of all ages, gender, class, races, cultures, abilities, sexual orientations and life-styles. I strive diligently to help clients achieve more joy, balance, and well-being.
