Growing up, I was always drawn to understanding people’s emotions and the invisible stories that shaped their lives. Coming from a culture where silence often surrounded pain, I learned early on how unspoken feelings can weigh heavily on our sense of self and relationships. My journey toward becoming a psychotherapist began with that realization a desire to transform emotional pain into understanding and connection, both for myself and for those around me.
