My name is Olivia, and I work with college and university students, as well as young professionals, who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about what comes next. Maybe you’re stressed about grades, job interviews, or whether you’re making the “right” decision. Maybe you’re drained from trying to balance school, work, friendships, family, and figuring out who you are. Overthinking, low motivation, or taking on too much can leave you running on empty. This stage of life can be exciting, but it can also feel like a lot. I help people through this season find more balance, confidence, and breathing room. Now accepting new clients!
