I help people (age 13+) to navigate the ups & downs that come with life, including issues related to stress, emotion regulation, relationships, self-esteem, and other emotional, relational, and/or mental health challenges (such as ADHD, self-harm, depression, anxiety, perfectionism, and more). My style supports a gentle, yet active curiousity about the roots of an emotion and/or behaviour, building internal resources, and increasing resiliency. After all, life isn’t always easy and I want my client to trust that they have the understanding, capabilities, and skills to get through (and even thrive!), especially when things get rough.
