Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying the weight of trauma, struggling with codependent patterns, or trying to heal from control or abuse on your own. My goal is to support survivors of various forms of trauma. I genuinely feel that everyone holds their own map to healing, however, many often need help navigating their path forward. Whether you’re working on trauma recovery, healing from abuse, or dealing with other factors such as addiction, personality disorders, stress, or working through the stages of grief, you don’t have to go through it alone. I am grateful to be that source of support for current and new clients.
