I offer individual and couple therapy, with a focus on supporting those struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, burnout, and major life transitions. I also work with couples who are working to deepen their emotional connection and improve communication. In our work together, we will explore emotions and needs through an attachment lens to uncover patterns of thinking, expressing and communicating. Through this, you will be able to gain clarity of your personal needs and uncover new bonding possibilities, new responses to each other’s distress, and ways to maintain emotional connections.
