At times, life can feel distressing, overwhelming, or seem to push your goals and dreams further away. Whether you are working to overcome trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting or family problems, illness or other concerns, I believe I can support you in creating wellness in your life. I work with children, teens and adults, drawing interventions from cognitive behavioral, narrative, attachment-focused, and play therapy models. To support school-aged children with academic, social or emotional concerns, I also provide parent coaching and psychoeducational assessments so your child can achieve the best possible personal outcomes.
