Sex and relationships are a core part of who we are - and often some of the most challenging parts of our lives. Healing begins when we can feel safe in our own bodies. When we reconnect with that sense of felt safety—physically, emotionally, relationally—it becomes possible to explore pleasure, identity, desire, and connection in a way that feels empowering and true to you. People see me when they are feeling disconnected from their partners - and often themselves, looking to heal from sexual trauma, explore kinks, 2SLGBTQ+ concerns or considering non-monogamy.
