Sex feels difficult, closeness feels risky, and your body no longer feels like a safe place to land. I work with those seeking to heal from trauma that disrupts intimacy, trust, and connection. Through a holistic, mind-body approach, we’ll move beyond simply coping and toward deep safety, embodiment, and aliveness.
