I am a Queer, Neurodivergent Social Worker with lived experience of chronic illness and mental health challenges. My approach to care is influenced by my own experiences navigating social services and health care systems, which has helped me to better understand the need for trauma informed care that prioritizes individual needs and incorporates a holistic approach when developing treatment plans.
