I work with individuals and couples dealing with anxiety, trauma, relationship conflict, or the psychological impact of motor vehicle accidents. Many clients are navigating emotional dysregulation, chronic stress, or major life and cultural transitions that disrupt their functioning. They seek structured, evidence-based therapy, meaningful insight, and practical strategies to strengthen coping, rebuild resilience, and restore a steady sense of direction and emotional well-being in their lives. My role is to help them feel supported, understood, and capable of real change.
