Sometimes we need someone who gets it and can truly hold us as we navigate lifes deep challenges. Whether it's grief, transitions, complex mental health recovery or re-finding your creative voice I do my best to meet you in care and humanness to support you. I specialize in healing from complex grief and psychosis recovery supporting folks living with Schizophrenia, Bipolar I and II. One of the tools we will use in our work together is by accessing creativity and finding new avenues to build self love, compassion and acceptance. I combine a relational and strengths perspective with somatic breath work and expressive art.
