Many of us have forgotten how to let our emotions move through our bodies like pure energy forms - letting anger churn, hope to blossom, grief to contract, or sit with unmet longing. My approach is to simply be with what's true for you, moment to moment. I practice this through supportive listening and staying with whatever comes up in the present. I create a safe space to help unravel beliefs & emotions, and offer personalized, therapeutic techniques to support individuals to gain awareness and clarity about themselves, their patterns and the decisions they make in their life.
