We are a collective of Registered Psychotherapists (RP) and Social Workers (MSW) that work collaboratively together. Our practitioners use evidence-based frameworks to support our child, youth, and adult clients. We believe that therapy shouldn’t be “another chore” rather a form of self-care, as such we offer day time, evening, and weekend appointments to fit your schedule.
