I work with people to identify their strengths and the actions that will move them forward, while exploring the feelings, thoughts, and ways of behaving that hurt them and hold them back. During my 40 years as a psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and manager, including 25 years in addiction treatment, I’ve worked with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, drug and alcohol problems, abuse survivor issues, trauma, relationship problems, and difficulties developing a meaningful direction in their life. I’ve seen many people move from despair to excitement, and from feeling immobilized to taking control of their lives.
