I have had the privilege of helping children, teens, their parents and individuals to navigate life’s challenges for over 30 years. My practice is deeply rooted in understanding the complexities of attachment and trauma. I also specialize in ADHD, depression, anxiety, relational issues, supporting individuals through significant life transitions and grief from loss. I incorporate Behavioral approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients gain practical skills in managing thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
