Hello and Welcome! My name is Michelle Groen and I’m glad you’re here. Life can be full of unexpected challenges, and it’s not always easy to navigate them alone. As a Registered Psychotherapist, I feel fortunate to walk alongside people as they work through difficult moments, and I’m continually inspired by the courage and resilience I see in those I meet. My approach is grounded in compassion, respect, and trust, with a focus on trauma-informed and culturally sensitive care. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where people feel seen, heard, and supported as we explore growth and renewal together.
