I’ve always felt a deep pull toward helping people. Over my 30 years as an educator, the students I’ve worked with have shaped who I am—teaching me about empathy, humility, and what it really means to feel seen and understood. If you appear to have it all together on the outside, yet feel anxious, overwhelmed, or not quite enough on the inside, you’re not alone. I work with students, educators, and adults who are looking for more than just a place to vent—people who are ready to better understand themselves and find a steadier way forward.
