If you're carrying the weight of trauma, parenting stress, identity struggles, or emotional overwhelm, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I’m a trauma-informed social worker who believes healing happens in safe and trusting relationships. My role is to walk alongside you with care, curiosity, and skill as you move toward feeling more connected to yourself and others. My approach blends evidence-based modalities including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), ACT, and attachment and relational therapies. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy, so I tailor our work together to your unique goals.
