I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to help you navigate life's challenges and improve your mental well-being. I specialise in working with neurodivergent individuals, by helping them identify and utilise strategies to make their lives more productive. When dealing with anxiety and depression, we will work together to identify negative thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviours that may be impacting your happiness and overall quality of life. I enjoy taking a part in the conversation instead of simply listening and providing an empathetic ear.
