Life sometimes leaves you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or lonely. If you are struggling with relationship issues, emotional disconnection, intimacy, and communication, low self-esteem, anger, anxiety, depression, sleep issues, grief, trauma, or other life transitions, I provide a non-judgmental safe space for individuals and couples of all races to explore experiences, emotions, and feelings. Rooted in my lived experience growing up in a family affected by relational conflict, my own personal mental health journey, and professional work with individuals and couples, I know that healing, growth, and healthy relationships are possible.
