I am a Jungian Analysts and Registered Psychotherapist in Toronto. In our talk therapy, we analyze life as a series of processes that mirror the dynamism of our psyche. Discovering this and fresh renewal requires working intensely on the intertwined relationships of the unconscious and conscious, with all their richness and resources while being aware of any biases and pitfalls. In our human limitations and repetitions, acknowledging the change may sometimes require sharing the experience with someone specially trained to walk the journey with you and familiar with the cycles of the soul.
