I help adults and couples move toward fulfilling, authentic and connected lives. If you are struggling with anxiety, trauma, communication breakdowns, burnout or existential questions, you don't have to navigate it alone. My practice is built on the belief that change unfolds when we can hold the many facets of our experience with honesty and compassion. I specialize in neurodivergence (Giftedness, ADHD, autism, AuDHD), sexuality and relationships, and build a safe and affirming space for LGBTQIA+ folks and those in non-traditional or ENM relationship structures.
