I specialize in addictions, co-occurring mental health concerns, and trauma. I have experience working closely with individuals from all walks of life who have struggled with moderate to severe mental health and addiction issues. I approach my work with a holistic, inclusive, trauma-informed lens to better understand the inner complexities an individual might struggle with, often due to many outer complexities. Social justice and anti-racist perspectives inform my work, and I recognize the harm our current system has on the psyche, as isolation, scarcity, and disconnection continue to rise.
