Hi, I'm Melissa - a Registered Social Worker and Counsellor offering a calm, compassionate space to heal, reflect, and grow. I work with children, youth, adults, couples, and families, supporting clients across the lifespan and through all stages of life. I offer compassionate support to individuals living with chronic or terminal illness, as well as their loved ones. I also offer support for healthcare professionals experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, and the emotional toll of caregiving roles.
