I offer both virtual and in-person therapeutic services tailored for adults-particularly those experiencing distressing symptoms of trauma, PTSD, and women’s mental health issues. My practice focuses on exploring the relational, mental health and emotional impacts of such conditions as endometriosis, adenomyosis, and PMOS (PCOS) while also addressing the profound changes associated with perimenopause, menopause and the aging process. If you identify as Neurodivergent, I provide specialized care to women identified with Autism and/or ADHD as well as those who are questioning their Neurodivergent identity.
