Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether it’s anxiety, low mood, struggles with self-esteem, or the challenges that can come with autism, developmental differences, or chronic illness, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a collaborative space where you or your child can feel seen, heard, and truly understood. I have a passion for working with children and families, including parents caring for children with developmental disabilities. From early childhood concerns and emotional regulation to academic challenges, grief, and life transitions. I believe together we can build confidence and resilience.
