I offer compassionate counselling to children, adolescents, parents, and families. I specialize in supporting children and adolescents with anxiety, stress management, sleep concerns, OCD, selective mutism, emotion regulation, self-esteem, ADHD, depression, trauma and loss, family changes, and behavioural challenges. I am passionate about working with parents along every step of the parenting journey. From expectant parents, perinatal mental health, building early attachment, and toddler fun, to building strategies to strengthen your children and teen's mental health goals.
