I support children, teens, and their families in navigating big emotions, behavioural challenges, and complex developmental needs. My clinical work focuses on emotional regulation, behavioural concerns, and neurodevelopmental differences, including ADHD and autism spectrum presentations, particularly girls whose needs may be less visible or often misunderstood. My style is down-to-earth, supportive, and real. I focus on helping young people understand themselves better, build confidence, and learn skills that actually work in everyday life.
