Hello there and welcome! I am a Registered Psychotherapist living in North Bay and offering virtual services throughout Ontario. I offer individual therapy for individuals aged 16 and up. I believe every client has a story that needs to be heard. My goal is to provide you with a nonjudgmental, empathetic space to tell that story, anchored by my core values of curiosity, authenticity, and autonomy. I view therapy as being deeply collaborative, so I believe in giving my clients the room to determine for themselves what they need from me.
