Welcome! My name is MD. I offer compassionate and humanistic, somatic, trauma-focused therapy that is grounded in an intersectional feminist lens. I work with people who feel stuck, disconnected, or weighed down by the impacts of capitalism, rising fascism, white supremacy, stress/distress, and trauma. Our bodies often carry the weight of what our minds have tried to leave behind for survival, patterns of tension, holding, pushing through or shutdown. I offer space of 're-membering' what it feels like to truly come home to ourselves amidst a world that is becoming more and more dysregulated.
