Sometimes people come to therapy because they have lost faith in themselves. I hope that’s not you, but if it is, I am confident that we can rebuild together. I know what it's like to feel lost or stuck. We also go to therapy because we have lost faith in trying to solve our problems alone. Good. Why try to solve everything alone? It's not a great strategy. We also come when develop a small, fragile hope that maybe, just maybe, we can find a competent aid who can provide a renewed sense of wellness and direction. Someone professional, but human, wise and well-trained, but also down-to-earth, and relatable.
