My background as an Occupational Therapist in Palliative Care set me on a healing path that includes the body's wisdom and the whole environment when taking the next steps. I provide somatic psychotherapy for individuals and couples, which adds a potent dimension to traditional talk therapy such as CBT. I create a safe place to allow greater exploration and the risk of change. FOT is the gentlest and most respectful approach to trauma that I know.
