Why Teenwork? Because talking to someone should not feel intimidating. Many young people hesitate to engage in therapy because they worry they will not be understood or may feel judged. At Teenwork, I focus on creating a space that feels approachable, genuine, and safe so you can open up at your own pace. I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, relationships, identity, and school or work-related stress. I also work closely with families to support communication, understanding, and positive change at home.
