I work with adults, teens, and families who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, or parenting concerns. Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about their next steps. I help them explore their experiences in a safe, nonjudgmental space, identify patterns that may be holding them back, and develop practical strategies to create meaningful change in their lives. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each person’s unique needs, helping clients gain clarity, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.
