I am a registered Social Worker Therapist. I believe that change is possible and there is hope to lead a meaningful and fulfilled life. Our experiences can lead to difficulties with our emotions, moods, patterns of thinking and relationships, leaving us feeling overwhelmed, out of control or just stuck. I provide clients with support and tools to recognize their needs and then meet these needs. I work with individuals and/or their families to improve the quality of their life. Emotional well-being enhances a person's ability to better deal with the stresses of life, change unhelpful patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving.
