I help people thrive in partnership with their neurodiverse brains! I treat individuals, couples and families. I will be the biggest cheerleader but also challenge you to dig deep to disrupt patterns and break cycles. I lean into personal traits of humour, lightheartedness and unrelenting problem-solving - laughter is an excellent coping strategy, after all. I take an eclectic approach to challenges across the lifespan and within a family system. I am equipped to treat the diagnoses you are living with and/or your family is exposed to. ADHD/Autism/PDA/Personality Disorders/complex sensory profiles/attachment trauma.
