I believe that each of us has the ability to take the necessary steps to bring about positive changes in our lives. As a trained professional Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I will help guide you on that journey. We will work together as I help you learn how to overcome your difficulties by changing your thinking, behavior, and emotional responses. Using CBT, I will focus on teaching you specific techniques and tools that have been shown to be effective in the treatment of many issues, including depression, anxiety, and anger management, just to name a few.
