In person and online sessions available. Our work has been informed by a number of different therapeutic models. In the last twenty years we have been dedicated to integrate Narrative Ideas and Social Justice models into our therapy practice. In those conversations that happen in our offices, people can reclaim their own preferred stories and re-define themselves by centering on stories that don't restrict their lives to the definition that the problem imposes on them. It's in the core of our work to believe that people that seeks for counselling come to it with a number of skills, beliefs, values, commitments and abilities.
