Welcoming a new baby can be both rewarding and challenging, no matter how experienced you are as a parent. If you are feeling overwhelmed, sad, or just not yourself, you may be experiencing the effects of post-partum mood disorder (depression, anxiety, OCD, etc.). Many individuals suffer in silence, worried that their issues are not big enough. As a mother of three, I know we can all use a bit more help and support at times (and a lot more self compassion!). With specialized training in perinatal mental health and birth trauma, as well as grief and loss, my role is to help you through this journey.
