I'm a San Francisco-based therapist specializing in individual and couples work. I offer a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space where we can work together toward healing, growth, and wholeness. I welcome people of all ages and backgrounds as they navigate challenges related to belonging, identity, grief, loss, life transitions, parenting, anxiety, depression, loneliness, and relationships. Drawing from Gestalt Therapy, I take a holistic approach, helping individuals build awareness and make meaningful choices that lead to change and growth.
