I work with creative professionals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or internally quiet—often during periods of stress, uncertainty, or pressure to keep producing. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and emotionally attuned, yet feel disconnected from their momentum or unsure how to move forward. This doesn’t always look dramatic. Sometimes it looks like silence, shutdown, or feeling behind your own ideas. Therapy with me is a grounded, reflective space to slow things down, understand what your system is responding to, and reconnect with what feels true—without forcing clarity or performance.
