I use EMDR, Hypnosis, IFS + most recently, Coherence Therapy... transformational change therapies for better physical, emotional + psychological health + wellness. With EMDR, you focus on a trigger or trauma paired with bilateral stimulation (eye movement/tapping/tones), leading to a reduction in the vividness + emotion associated with the incident. Through root change, your thoughts, behaviours, feelings, traumas or environmental triggers are reduced or eliminated, increasing your sense of wellbeing, alleviating feelings of stress, expanding your narrative + working through any recent crises, past traumas or maladaptive schemas.
