Welcome! I specialize in a modality called Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, which has been proven to be effective treatment for many mental health issues, such as personality disorders, anxiety, depression, addiction, binge eating, anger management, relational issues and more. I have personal experience in my own recovery from depression, childhood trauma and attachment issues, and late diagnosed ADHD. I have found DBT to be invaluable to me, personally, as well as my clients. The transformation I see in my clients is amazing, to say the least, and I can say helping others on their healing journey is truly my passion in this life.
