We each have a story to tell. With a professional background in education, I strive to provide a space where storytelling and self-discovery happen at your own pace. Through a Narrative therapy lens, I help children, adolescents, and adults with a range of concerns, supporting individuals in separating their identity from their struggles and helping them move toward a future defined by their own strengths and values. I incorporate therapeutic play techniques to foster growth and connection through the power of play.
