Welcome. I'm so glad you're here. I've been dedicated to the field of child, youth, and family mental health for over ten years. It's so tough to watch your child struggle and I believe that partnering with caregivers is key to helping young people reach their goals. I have extensive experience supporting clients with mental health concerns including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, loss, family challenges, parent-child conflict and troubles with school. We'll work together to get you and your child where you want to be. I also work closely with young adults to unpack that amazing yet completely confusing time in life.
