I am a Registered Social Worker, psychotherapist, and clinical supervisor licensed to practise in Ontario, with over ten years of experience in trauma, PTSD, refugee mental health, torture rehabilitation, forced migration, and life transitions. I offer virtual therapy to adults navigating trauma, grief, displacement, identity, family histories, sexuality, faith, belonging, and the emotional aftermath of experiences that changed how they relate to themselves, others, or the world. My work is grounded in: clinical care, humanitarian mental health, and respect for the many ways people survive, protect themselves, and search for safety.
